Hello friends Here is some keyboard shortcut for Windows 8 and the later versions.

1. Windows logo key+spacebar :Switch input language and keyboard layout
2. Windows logo key+O            :Locks device orientation
3. Windows logo key+Y            :Temporarily peeks at the desktop
4. Windows logo key+V            :Cycles through toasts
5. Windows logo key+Shift+V  :Cycles through toasts in reverse order
6. Windows logo key+Enter      :Launches Narrator
7. Windows logo key+PgUp      :Moves Metro style apps to the monitor on the left
8. Windows logo key+PgDown :Moves Metro style apps to the monitor on the right
